The Game Changer: Imported Ceramic Coating!

We spent years developing a reliable way of manufacturing Infrared Saunas that can create 9.6 microns of far infrared like Dr Klighardt recommends and detoxify you to the cellular quad. Indian Infrared Saunas are built using Chinese heaters which produce between 1 and 2 microns of near infrared energy and produce EMF radiation levels about 1000 milligauss - this is especially dangerous for people with autism and people with other lifestyle disorders. The Swedish Infrared Sauna industry allows a maximum of 30 milligauss of EMF radiation from the heater, which is much safer than the EMF levels found in Indian Infrared Saunas.

Another challenge we had to overcome was the chemical vapours produced by the different types of wood at high temperatures. The wood used in existing Infrared Sauna was an inferior quality. The best type of wood we found for its vapour performance was poplar wood which outperforms Canadian hemlock. All manufacturing for our Infrared Sauna line consisted of poplar wood from Haryana State, thus solving this issue completely. White pine imported from North America is used for the front panels of our Infrared Sauna for aesthetic appearance. Additionally, we hand picked Indian beeswax and applied it on the outside of our Infrared Sauna for a natural, chemical-free protective coating.

Technology For The Better Control

We employed various low-power heaters in multiple locations (activity sites determined through thermal modeling conducted via ANSYS) to achieve consistent body temperature throughout each user of the heating system. Each of these micro controllers includes an onboard temperature display and a mechanism to cut off automatically when reaching the desired set point (temperature). In addition, we have the added functionality of an additional power controller, which enables an individual user to adjust his/her heater's power level according to their personal comfort setting using the associated power level control knobs located on the interior side of the heating system. Thus, the Control Paneling provided for the user allows them to establish the various temperature settings to meet their specific needs/requirements.

Far infrared waves have a longer wavelength and can produce heat in quantities capable of raising the temperature within a Infrared Sauna; however, near infrared waves have a shorter wavelength and are incapable of producing the degree of warming found in a traditional Infrared Sauna.

Near Infrared (NIR), Mid Infrared (MIR) & Far Infrared (FIR)

Of the three types of infrared light, Near Infrared has the shortest of the three wavelengths and is absorbed beneath the skin; therefore, this type of infrared light may aid with healing wounds, cell regeneration, revitalizing skin, and reducing inflammation. MIR may assist with inflammation, pain, and healing times.

Working Principle of Blizz Infrared Sauna

The machine has far infrared emitters within the far infrared generator.
Waves emitted at this frequency are also referred to as heat rays.
Waves emitted from the source of infrared rays occupy a space like a sun ray.
